For the convenience and security of our customers, we process all Credit and Debit card payments through Authorize.net. We also accept Google Checkout and PayPal as alternative payment methods. Your credit card is charged as soon as you place your order. If in any case it does not, please contact our customer service department.

Please Note: We are required to charge 4% General Excise Tax for all shipments to Hawaii.

 

 

Shipping Information:

We ship all orders via USPS. When we ship your order, you will receive an automatic email with shipping confirmation. In orders over $10, you will also receive tracking information. All orders placed during holidays and weekends will process the next business day.

  • Shipping prices (if any) are not negotiable.
  • Local pickup is only available at our Hawaii location
  • Third party shipping carriers will not be used

Terms and Conditions:

  • All sales are considered final.
  • Returns for exchange will be made in accordance with the current Return Policy only.
  • There is no minimum order required.
  • Shipping charges are not included in the prices shown on our Website unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
  • All shipping charges are at the full expense of the customer unless otherwise indicated.
  • If you would like to cancel an order, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you depending on the current status of the order; whether it is still in credit approval, if the items are still being picked from our warehouse, if it is already in the packing process, or if it has already been shipped. We can only cancel the order if it has not been shipped yet. If there is a tracking number associated with your order, then we cannot cancel the order because it has already been processed and shipped.
  • If the order did not ship yet, and you would like to cancel your order, there is a 15% cancellation fee from the total order.
  • If merchandise is received damaged, the buyer must contact the carrier to resolve the situation. Ticket2tagging will assist with this process where appropriate, but assumes no responsibility with regard to the actions of any carrier or other involved party.

 

 

Return Policy:

At Ticket2tagging, we stand behind our products and value our customer's satisfaction.

  • Customers have seven (7) days from receipt to arrange an exchange.
  • Returns are accepted on an exchange basis and only if the item is defective or the wrong item was ordered.
  • We will gladly replace the defective item with a new one at no charge.
  • Authorized returns will receive a full product credit (minus shipping fees and a maximum restocking fee of 20%).
  • Items must be returned in New and UNUSED condition.
  • Goods must be returned in the original box and include all packing materials, documentation, etc.
  • Buyer must email us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the item.
  • All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their full expense.
  • Authorized returns will receive a full product credit (minus shipping fees and a maximum restocking fee of 20%).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyer pays for all return shipping charges.
  • In the event that an exchange is not available, a refund for the purchase price will be issued.
  • International sales are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Q: What's the difference between a regular tagging gun and a fine tagging gun

A: The difference between a regular tagging gun and a fine tagging gun is the thickness of the fastener/ barb that is can use, and the size of the hole the needle will make on the article you are tagging.


Q: Can I use regular fasteners with a fine tagging gun?

A: No, you can only use regular fasteners with a regular tagging gun. The same goes for fine fasteners only working in fine tagging guns.


Q: What needles will fit my tagging gun?

A: Typically, the size of the needle depends on the type of tagging gun. Regular needles will only fit in regular tagging guns, and fine needles will only fit in fine tagging guns.


Q: Why would I need to buy extra or replacement needles?

A: We always reccommend buying a pack of replacement needles just so you have extra needles if anything happens to the needle that comes with the gun. Tagging gun needles can get lost very easily. They can also get jammed or bent during normal daily use.


Q: Are these the fasteners the same ones they use in the major department stores and boutiques?

A: Yes, The fasteners we sell are the same ones used in major department stores such as Macy's, Fortunoff, Sears, Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, CostcoKohl's, T.J. Maxx, NordstromJCPenny, Dillard's, Neiman Marcus, Bed Bath and Beyond, Kmart, Sports Authority, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Pier 1 Imports, as well as smaller stores such as all children's clothing stores and boutiques.


Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: All orders are shipped the next business dayif payment is cleared during normal business hours. Orders received during weekends and holidays will process the next business day.


Q: How many fasteners come in a case?

A: There are 50,000 fasteners in a case. Fasteners come 5,000 per box, and there are 10 boxes in a case. We now also sell fasteners in smaller quantities for your convenience.


Q: Do you have all these different items in stock?

A; Yes, all our items are always in stock in our warehouse, so there is never a delay on shipping. We do not dropship our orders like most other companies, that is how we can offer our customers the best prices and the fastest shipping speed.


Q: I am unsure about what to buy, can you put together a customized tagging gun, fasteners, and needles package for me?

A: Yes, we would love to help you out and put together a customized package for you. Just Call us or send us an email telling us what you are looking for or what you are planning on tagging.
